Located 3 km from Noordwijk aan Zee's beach, EuroParcs Parc du Soleil features individually decorated beach houses and chalets near the dunes, each with central heating, a living room, TV, kitchen facilities, and a private terrace. The property offers an indoor pool, playground, and restaurant with a terrace, as well as bike rentals and proximity to the Noordwijkse Golf Club.

How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
It was great that we could park our car right next to the building. The downside was the construction noise from the new houses directly behind our room.

The pool in the property was a highlight. Unfortunately it was very dirty, and after we complained in writing, they offered to clean it again while we were still there. We had already done that and still wanted some compensation.

The beds were very uncomfortable, and you have to set them up yourself. The windows couldn’t be opened, the kitchen equipment was lacking, and there was no air conditioning even though we had requested it. The location was hard to reach and there was no night service.

Die Anlage insgesamt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist schön gestaltet und bietet mit dem Schwimmbad und dem Restaurant tolle Möglichkeiten, direkt vor Ort etwas zu unternehmen. Besonders praktisch fanden wir auch den Indoorspielplatz, gerade bei schlechtem Wetter mit Kindern. Außerdem ist die Anlage relativ nah am Strand gelegen, sodass man diesen schnell und unkompliziert erreichen kann. Insgesamt bietet der EuroParcs du Soleil eine schöne Umgebung und viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten für einen entspannten Familienurlaub. Leider waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt im EuroParcs du Soleil in Bezug auf die Sauberkeit enttäuscht. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass die Unterkunft nicht gründlich gereinigt worden war. Unter der Couch haben wir sogar noch Sachen von vorherigen Gästen gefunden, was für uns ein deutliches Zeichen dafür war, dass bei der Reinigung nicht sorgfältig genug gearbeitet wurde. Auch der Spielplatz hat leider keinen besonders sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck gemacht. Gerade für kleinere Kinder fanden wir den Zustand nicht optimal und teilweise wenig geeignet. Insgesamt hatten wir uns von unserem Aufenthalt mehr erwartet. Besonders bei der Sauberkeit der Unterkunft und der Pflege des Spielplatzes sehen wir deutlichen Verbesserungsbedarf
