“Great location - close to CBD without the hustle-bustle”

The room was clean and comfortable, situated close to parklands, the zoo, and Carlton eateries, and public transport—specifically No. 19 Tram—was almost at the front door, making it quick and easy to reach the CBD, Brunswick, and beyond.

The location was good, but as I turned up the hot water, the flow decreased, just like the basin tap; I could barely rinse shampoo from my head, and the floor had a urine patch at the toilet—overall, this place needs a serious renovation and is poorly maintained.
