The only good thing was the location, close to downtown Coyoacán. The lack of staff was disappointing; I booked it as a hotel, not an Airbnb, and expected daily cleaning and personal attention, but they only cleaned every third day, which let me down.

The rooms are decorated so beautifully that you want to stay forever. The cleaning is excellent and the quietness of the place is perfect for a rest after a hectic day.
