Everything about the stay was fantastic—staff like Liz and Lynn were warm and welcoming, making us reluctant to leave; we’ll definitely return just to see them again. Still, there was something wrong with every single aspect.

The hotel was spotless and the rooms super comfy; the pool was a nice break and towels arrived quickly when requested, yet no handicap room was ready at check‑in, so we had to wait until the next morning for a shower bench.
