Excellent Customer service, Great Staff, Very bright lighting at the parking lot and safe. So come and stay at the Penn Ann very quiet, so I give a 10 and trust me T Pharr Texas. I enjoy everything and excellent service

The price was acceptable. The floor had a lot of dust, pillows were not supportive, the bathroom was too small, and the A/C unit was a window unit that was super loud. Noise from the upper floor was not isolated at all; even moving chairs and steps caused loud noise.

The location was the only thing I liked. Cleanliness was poor and I was charged extra fees that weren’t mentioned on the booking site.
