“Achei bem ruim e gostaria de uma compensação!”

The experience was awful—room not cleaned, no blankets, old toothpaste in the sink, and the sink clogged. I’ll attach a photo; mosquitoes were in the toilet. The reception was poor; I booked online, they couldn’t locate my reservation, I had to give them the code and still waited to be directed to the room. I had to go downstairs because the TV didn’t work and to get a blanket since the room only had sheets. Cleaning was bad, the AC was extremely noisy, the bathroom sink was covered in old toothpaste, the phone didn’t work, and I had to go downstairs to request a blanket.

There was nothing good; the staff seemed like the owners, they were aggressive toward guests, and I never felt comfortable or safe in a hotel. Everything was terrible, nothing the hotel could offer was acceptable.

The view was nice, the café was tasty, and the reception was friendly, but the pillow was hard, the sheets and towels smelled like old laundry instead of fresh, and the stairwell corridors were dark.

The location was good and there were nearby amenities, but the listing promised free parking while the hotel told me I’d have to walk 300 meters to a paid lot that costs R$40,00 per day.
