The accommodation was spotless, centrally located at the main train station, and the owner gave a very friendly and detailed welcome; we even received beach towels—though we didn’t need them—something the pricier beach hotel didn’t offer, plus plenty of information material. For the price, everything was appropriate. Nothing negative.

The location was good, but the bedding had old stains and the coffee machine was broken.

The hotel was very close to Napoli Centrale, making train travel easy. The coffee machine was broken, but there was a coffee shop downstairs, so it didn’t bother me.

Very close to the train station which is perfect if you need to catch a train and it's only few min walk away and lots of restaurant around the area. Very clean, hot water, lots of hooks to hang towels etc in the bathroom, great AC, hairdryer, iron, kettle, fridge. Wasn't noisy so had a good sleep. Great view with a small walk out balcony. Host was lovely and made check out very easy even if I was checking out at 6am. There is a lift to the accommodation floor but you do need to walk 2/3 steps before you can reach the lift. Not the property issue but area is a little dodgy at night but theres lots of people walking or eating around and police as well. As a solo female traveller, I felt safe when walking in and out the property around 9pm
