Top location in the old town. Poor internet connection, so you can’t usually pay with Alipay. Hard beds.

“Ottimo! Super centrale, caratteristico e staff eccezionale.”

The hotel sits in the heart of the city, and the building itself is very beautiful and spotless. I received a free upgrade, giving me great value for the price. The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful, assisting me with activating various Chinese apps (since I don't have a Chinese phone number) and finding an excellent Pamir tour for 400 rmb instead of the 2000 rmb that other places quoted. Truly very gracious. I can't think of anything negative.

The room and bathroom were impeccably clean, and the owner was fantastic to work with. She helped us arrange transport to Kyrgyzstan, showing great dedication and care. Located right in the city center yet somewhat off the beaten path, the area is quiet and peaceful.

“Charming stay in Kashgar old city”

I spent three nights there, and everything was perfect. The location is wonderful, tucked into a quiet, charming street in the old city. The house itself is outstanding, with decorations that feel like a royal palace, and the room feels like a royal suite—beautiful, comfortable, and quiet. The host, Mina, speaks good English, is friendly and helpful, and offers great advice on many topics to enhance your city visit; in my view, it’s the best choice in the old city. Nothing negative.
