“My stay was disaster, blankets smell,no electricity no water and the staff don’t take care of their clients”
It’s not clean, and the staff is not friendly.

The spot is in a great area, super quiet, and feels safe, but the welcome coffee pack could be better and they really need to add a kettle and a microwave.

Nothing to praise, and the noise from other neighbors was annoying; the room wasn’t properly checked out, we had to ask for towels, a kettle, a microwave, and an iron; there was no remote to open the gate when we returned late, so we had to call; the room wasn’t cleaned, we were told to leave the keys for the room because there were no spare keys, but we weren’t informed; the linens looked old and uncomfortable.

The guy who greeted me was friendly but spent a while looking for my reservation, which I didn’t mind, though I kept calling their numbers with no answer; the place was decent but not top tier; I stayed for a weekend for an event in Ackerville and every time I came I had to shout at the gate, which made it hard to sleep with all that noise; they need to give us remote access to the gate because the times I had to wait for the staff to open it at night were not ideal.

It was cheaper, but there was no one at reception.
