The spot was great—easy to get to and within walking distance of restaurants and shops—though the front desk never seemed to have someone on hand to address a few questions.

The room was spacious, the showers were nice, and the balcony added a pleasant scent; the beds and chairs were comfortable, there was a fridge and plenty of power outlets, and Tarimar at reception was always friendly and ready to give us information, plus a supermarket was nearby. The TV felt dated, streaming was a hassle and the picture quality was poor, checking in and out was difficult to coordinate with reception, and there was never staff on duty; when we needed help we had to call a Bonaire number to reach anyone.

The spot was good, but we stayed 5 nights and checked out on the 6th day; towels were only swapped once, garbage collected once, and the bed sheets never changed, nor was the room cleaned.

Spotless, quiet, and cozy with a prime spot in Bonaire, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.
