The hotel is very conveniently located right by the beach, with nearby shops and a pleasant aesthetic that feels like Greece or the Mediterranean; a fisherman’s net hangs on the wall in the room, which is beautiful. The breakfasts are tasty, though a bit repetitive, offering croissants with filling, eggs, yogurt, and tea‑coffee. The pools—both adult and kids—are good, though the water is cool, and the nights are quiet. Hot water and a good air‑conditioner are in the room, and there’s parking by the entrance. The hotel is small, which is a plus because there’s no extra noise. The bed is large and you can request a blanket. The room was a bit worn: the bathroom handle was loose, the front door was uneven and hard to close, some paint had flaked off the walls, and old stains were on the floor. There weren’t enough nightstands or shelves, so some of our items lay on the luggage on the floor. The breakfasts could be a little more varied, but otherwise everything was fine.

Месторасположение и номера очень крутые. Рядом с основными улицами, недалеко от набережной и пляжа. Номера очень комфортные, все удобства есть. Бассейн очень классный, плюс что есть детская зона. Кухня - отличная, завтраки сытные и вкусные Чистота - очень чисто, убирают постоянно. Постель комфортная, номер чистый, ремонт - отличный. Видно, что с душой отнесли. Все детали просто огонь и в самое сердце. Персонал - очень вежливый, всегда на связи, по всем вопросам помогают. При этом нет навязчивости и назойливости. Довольны выбором отеля и будем рады еще раз сюда вернуться. Нет таких причин

We stayed at Del Mar in the family block, on the second floor, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. The room was clean and cozy, with all furniture in good condition, a TV, air‑conditioner, fridge, safe, and pristine linens; the bathroom had all the necessary toiletries. The breakfast was enjoyable—everything was tasty, and they made porridge on request. Special thanks to the owners, Sergey and Lyubov, who are very pleasant, friendly, and attentive, creating a truly homely atmosphere. The property has a good pool and a separate kids’ area, with a calm, comfortable setting and no excessive noise. The city beach is about a 5‑minute walk away. Overall we were satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend Del Mar for a peaceful family holiday, especially with children.

“Шикарно!!!!”

We all loved our stay—everything was spot on. The room had all the essentials, and stepping out you hit the pool, umbrellas with loungers, and pleasant music. Breakfast was included and tasty, with croissants, eggs, and yogurt. The bar stayed open all day, offering coffee, smoothies, ice cream, cocktails, and light bites, plus you could order lunch or dinner, which turned out pretty good. The city beach was close, making the location convenient. Everyone was friendly and ready to help with anything. Huge thanks for a fantastic holiday; we’ll definitely come back to you next time!
