How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The lady who helped us on the first day was really on top of things, which made a good first impression. When we returned the next day, the guy at the front desk told us breakfast wasn’t included and we had to go buy it elsewhere, which was a hassle. Overall, the staff were a mix of helpful and confusing.

The staff were friendly enough, but the beds left a lot to be desired – the mattresses were lumpy and the pillows were practically flat. On top of that, a few doors didn’t lock properly, which didn’t feel safe. Nice people, but the basics need fixing.

The staff were attentive and quick to respond to any request, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep.

I felt ripped off from the start – the reception lady seemed clueless and the check‑in took forever, with about 35 people waiting past the 5:30 pm arrival time. When we finally got to our room it was still dirty, the beds were rock‑hard, and the stairs felt unsafe; the water dispenser on the ground floor was a hazard too. Towels arrived only after I asked, and there was barely any soap or toilet paper, while the rooms smelled damp.
