How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The rooms and the large bath were very clean, and the front‑desk staff were enthusiastic. Our pre‑arranged delivery service had sent our luggage to the wrong place, but a female staff member understood that our Japanese was weak, took the time to call and ask questions, and communicated efficiently, so we received our luggage that same day. We are very grateful to her.

The bath and the restaurant were both relaxed and comfortable. I had no complaints.

It was an ordinary business hotel. The air conditioner didn’t cool well.

Only a smoking room was left, so I wondered how it would be, but it turned out to be relatively comfortable. The air purifier was good, and the food service and cleanup were very pleasant. However, 1. Since it was my first time, I wish there had been a pre‑notice about the second parking lot. 2. Because the hotel was full, the breakfast area was inevitably crowded, but standing in line without any service was frustrating; the line started before 6:30 and staff began guiding around 7:30. If the guidance had started before opening, it would have been better.
