The location, staff. Facilities were good. I got lost trying to find my room. I arrived after dark and there was limited lighting and no directions, signs etc. So I was walking all around the place for about 20-30 minutes trying to find my room. Also I didn't like that there's only stairs, I had a very big heavy luggage and had to struggle to half drag/carry up the stairs, I almost lost my balance and fell down the stairs. This is a safety issue. Maybe the resort should consider lifts to get up to 2nd floor

Everything was spotless and the staff were easy to approach and helpful, with no complaints.

No restaurants to eat at, and the noise level is too high.

The resort style pool is lovely, and the restaurant food very good. Comfy, good sized rooms with a little patio. Everything was very clean and staff were friendly. It was a little bit noisy with people going in/out of their rooms (doors slamming)
