How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The host lady was really nice, and there was no issue arriving 30 minutes before the scheduled time; she gave a thorough tour and explained everything nicely, showing great care for guests. Parking on the private yard of the villa was a big plus. Check‑in and check‑out were efficient, and I wholeheartedly recommend it—price matches the quality perfectly! I’ll definitely return sometime.

This is a place with a local vibe and a family atmosphere. Villa Pinnia even chose its name based on the dominant tree near the house. The garden is beautifully planted with the finest taste, terraces, one with a stunning pigeon mosaic, a social room with a kitchen that offers immense comfort, and then luxuriously furnished rooms where you can find a reading chair or a discreet fridge hidden in a wardrobe. Everything is done with the utmost taste, feeling, and love. I liked everything absolutely.
