Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and very courteous staff. The restaurant offered high‑quality local cuisine. The bathroom had no hooks. During the off‑season the restaurant, bar, and garden are not always open. The breakfast buffet was good, but items ran out quickly and weren’t restocked; the restaurant isn’t suitable for vegetarians.

The décor, welcome, friendliness, and service of the staff, the breakfast, and the meals at the restaurant were excellent. There is no parking at the inn; you must park on the public lot at the bottom of the street, which is inconvenient if you have heavy luggage.

1. The photo in the listing showed a light room of about 14 m², but we received a roof chamber of only about 7 m². The width was only about 1.8 m and the right side of the bed could only be accessed from the lower edge, which was difficult because of a roof beam (not visible in the photo). 2. We arrived 15 minutes after the announced check‑in window (8‑9 pm) and the reception desk was unattended. Wi‑Fi was not accessible because the security code was not provided in the handwritten welcome note (nor was any specific information found), and my phone call was not answered nor did I receive any reply to my voicemail.
