“Super”

The owners were welcoming and friendly, the location and garden made you feel at home, and the room was spotless. Our little dog was given bowls, water, and a treat. The spot is close to the coast but still in absolute tranquility. We’ll definitely come back! Nothing to complain about—everything was perfect.

The cleaning was meticulous and the breakfast was exceptional, with homemade cakes that were delicious. The pool added a lot of pure relaxation, and the owners were kind and friendly.

The farmhouse was well‑maintained and welcoming, run with passion by Carla and Alessandro, who were truly friendly, courteous, and helpful. They greeted us warmly and gave great recommendations for the best sights nearby. The property sits in the peaceful countryside, about 10 minutes from both Recanati and Loreto, making it ideal for exploring the area. Breakfast was excellent, generous, and carefully prepared. The rooms were clean, cozy, tastefully furnished, and had a pleasant lavender scent. Our room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Although there was no air conditioning, we didn’t miss it; the rural setting kept the evenings cool and pleasant. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for relaxation and genuine hospitality while visiting the region.

“Ottimo”

I was wowed by the spot—just minutes from Recanati, Castelfidardo, Loreto, and Osimo—set in a green Marche countryside, with a tidy garden and a little pool to cool off. The lady was super kind and had a spotless, well‑furnished room, everything in fine detail, and a great breakfast. She also offered bowls for pets and a small snack for dogs right when we arrived, plus she sells lavender essential oil, hydrosol, and other local natural products. Absolutely wonderful, we’ll come back and definitely recommend it!
