The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The front desk staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me with my queries, which made the check-in process a bit of a hassle. To make matters worse, the parking situation is a nightmare – there's no designated space available, so you're left to fend for yourself on the streets, which is just not safe.

The location and 24/7 front desk. Probably the worst stay I have had so far. The stay turned out to be an absolute disappointment. Not only did the hotel charge me more than the stated invoice but also had the following issues. I requested the hotel for an invoice but they only gave me a payment acknowledgement slip and blamed the rest and said I'll receive the invoice upon checking out, which of course has turned out to be a lie. [ ] Spotty wifi, almost non-existent. [ ] Air conditioning doesn't work. The receptionist made no effort to get it fixed despite requesting twice. [ ] Unresponsive reception desk, cannot reach for room service or emails/messages. [ ] No non vegetarian items available despite it being on the menu. [ ] No balcony as stated in room features. [ ] Tea coffee maker not provided, no complimentary water bottle either. [ ] No wardrobe. [ ] Absolutely not soundproof, very loud neighbors. You'll even hear footsteps. [ ] No Hair dryer [ ] No Toiletries [ ] Bedsheets had stains. [ ] No shower in the washroom. [ ] No bath mat. [ ] No Toilet paper

Location was superb. Just walkable distance from hawa mahal. You’ll get the car parking around the property only. Nothing
