Clean, the location is really good, all facilities are very good, except the windows can't be locked well. The very big windows actually can't be locked, so I didn't really feel safe. Fortunately, there are metal spoons that I can use to lock the window.
The staff were extremely kind on both shifts and the neighbourhood was lovely, just a block from the river.

We stayed as a family in a four‑bedroom suite that was very clean, spacious and perfect for us, and the reception was always staffed by very friendly and attentive people—everyone was really nice and helpful at any time. In the lobby we could have breakfast (we brought ours), there was even an espresso machine we could use, with capsules provided by the hotel, plus plates and cutlery that could be washed again. Whenever we had questions or issues, help was always available. All the sights were within easy walking distance, and a bus stop around the corner went to Piazza Michelangelo for those who didn’t want to walk far. We had a wonderful time in Florence, largely thanks to our fantastic accommodation. Many thanks, we would book again without hesitation. The room did look a bit worn, but because it was spotlessly clean it wasn’t an issue for us.
