The location was fantastic and the staff were exceptional—everyone was so friendly, it was great! The breakfast has declined (we've stayed here before). It used to be outstanding, but now it's just good. The lack of a vent in the bathroom is problematic. We also didn't get maid service on the second day, which was a surprise, but we adjusted. When I called for more towels, they told me to come down to get them; they should have a porter for such things, especially when it's their fault.
