The place sits right in the heart of the city, but it gets pretty loud at night.

Everything was great, though I didn’t stay long enough to experience it all.

The team was welcoming, the rooms were spotless, and the dinner was delicious. The breakfast, however, was disappointing—food stayed under heat lamps, and although the long breakfast window was convenient, freshly cooked hot dishes would have been preferable.

The staff were all friendly, and a young woman named Roxanne (if I remember correctly) was especially kind and helpful, getting me into my room earlier than planned when I was feeling ill and needed to rest. Everything else was fine.

We booked an apartment and it was huge. Beautiful big windows and lovely and bright. The entire apartment was absolutley spotless and the bathroom was big with a lovely bath. There was also even a laundry room with a washing machine for those staying on longer visits. We receieved a lovely warm welcome from the bustling reception where a lovely singer was serenading the crowd. It was so busy that I couldnt get a sit but I will definitely be back again to soak up the buzzing atmosphere. The ONLY issue I had is that in the living room there was a sofa bed for my Son made up however, there was no other couch to sit on and watch TV, so the room looks quite empty and bare. I think a large rug, couch and perhaps a mirror on the wall , would make all the difference in making the room more comfortable but over all, we were extremly happy with our visit
