It was a nice hotel and a good stay, but the food and room cleaning were the best parts.

The receptionist was very rude, her behavior was awful and she didn’t know how to talk to customers; the check‑in time was 12 pm, but I arrived at 11:30 and she charged me an extra 200 rs for the 30‑minute delay, and I don’t know why.
