“Duże rozczarowanie”
The building feels outdated, more like a 90s‑style guesthouse, and the name of the hotel is misleading. The rooms are neglected, curtains are stained, the bedding and towels are worn and look ready to be discarded. The breakfast buffet closes at 10:30, and by 10 am there was no scrambled eggs left. It shows a lack of management. The pool is open until 21:00 but is clearly not sized for the number of guests. Five minutes before closing, a woman came and said “that’s it,” and the staff should be trained to communicate better with guests. Overall, the impression is very poor and we will not return. The price of 1000 zł per night is not really justified by what the property offers.
