The check‑in was done outside, yet only one person was available to open the door and let guests sit, which was bizarre.

The room looked nice, but the narrow road in front made it hard to leave the apartment because the room opened onto the living area and someone was always there. I had to wander out at night because the living room was never empty, and the walls were thin enough that I could hear the neighbor typing on their PC. There was no toothbrush; when I asked the staff via chat, they replied “check the website.” I ended up buying one myself, but the site was a bit hard to read. The worst part was the front door lock: it was easy to close but required effort and technique to open. At check‑in it took about five minutes to get it open, and when I tried to leave at midnight it took 15–20 minutes of fiddling before it finally opened.

The place was clean, but the washing machine and dryer were in bad shape.
