The front desk worker on the morning shift was an older woman with glasses who seemed to need training on how to treat guests politely; she was very rude, and I won’t come back because of her disrespectful tone and words.

“It was great minus the refunds”

Everyone was friendly, but I was overcharged several times and still haven’t received my refunds.

This is an older motel that I’ve visited multiple times since Sweetwater is about as far as I can drive in a day; this time I got a very large room, and even though it’s right next to the highway I didn’t notice any traffic noise. Breakfast is freshly made in a restaurant setting, the staff is helpful, and it’s not expensive given current prices.
