The breakfast was out of this world, they went all out for us, and I truly appreciate it, though the network connection can be a little tricky, which is expected.

The rooms were clean, but the network in that area is extremely poor, with practically no signal at all. They even take time to respond to messages on this app. Regarding housekeeping, the cleaning lady did not come to clean the room the next day. We were later told that by the time we left the room to go buy food, it was already too late for her to clean as she was going home. I asked why she did not knock, especially since we were never informed of the cleaning schedule. We were simply shown the room and given the keys without any further instructions. In terms of amenities, there are no soap holders in the room, which makes it inconvenient to use soap/shower gel while showering. 😂 In Room 2004, guests even leave used soap on top of the shower wall, and it seems this is not regularly noticed or cleaned, as there are several small used bars of soap left there
