“Memorable”
It’s a nice walk to Estes Park. The pool, hot tub, and playground were nice extras. The walls were thin and I could hear every step upstairs at night, so I’m a light sleeper.

Very clean, comfortable. They were so nice, had snoring every night, popcorn in the evening, free granola bars and crackers. Just a wonderful place to stay, close to RMNP.

The place was quaint, clean, and perfectly situated; the breakfast buffet was nice and the s’mores at night were a lot of fun. We liked everything!

The staff were fantastic and very helpful, and the location is ideal for downtown Durango: quick highway access and close to shops and restaurants. I’d rather not have to cross the street to another hotel for the pool or hot tub, and there’s no business centre so I couldn’t use a computer. The timeshare unit was much smaller than I expected, and my son, who is six foot two, had to sleep on a fold‑out sofa that was uncomfortable.
