The best part of the hotel was the room. It’s relatively new, with furniture that still looks unused. The room was clean and comfortable, though the mattress might have been a bit firmer. Rooms have balconies, but ours, like most, faced the opposite apartments and garages rather than the mountains. The spa town and surrounding hills are nice for good hikes. The hotel is huge and not well‑equipped for such a large number of guests. During breakfast and peak dinner times we had to wait for a table to free up; the staff couldn’t keep up with clearing tables, and crumbs were only wiped onto the floor. The food was average, but it was regularly restocked even with so many guests. We gave up on the elevators after a few attempts and, like most guests, used the stairs. The biggest disappointment was the spa, which is very small for such a large hotel. Two whirlpools and a pool with underwater jets were always occupied, and the saunas were constantly full. The relaxation area had only five loungers, so most people relaxed in the hallway. The cooling pool was only in the hallway; there was no cooling pool or exit from the building where one could cool down after a sauna. Initially we thought the crowd would be only over the weekend, but even during the week the dining and spa situation was the same. Overall, it’s not a quiet place for relaxation. Everywhere is crowded, not just at the hotel but also in the surrounding area where new apartments and hotels are being built.
