The location was excellent and the building was amazing. The staff were kind and accommodating, providing truly excellent service in a beautiful neighborhood. The rooms were cute and quaint, and there’s a restaurant and bar built into the hotel lobby. The beds, however, were terrible—a 5‑star hotel with a 1‑star mattress. They were so hard and uncomfortable that neither my partner nor I slept well for both nights; we kept tossing and turning and woke up sore.
