I kept the place spotless, but we couldn't cook—only the fridge and kettle were allowed. We could make breakfast but not dinner, and the owner never mentioned this restriction before we booked, which would have changed our decision.

The apartment was nice, the owner was very kind, and after we asked for a bigger bed he swapped our small futon for a regular single. It’s 5 km from Poetto, but we had to share the flat with other guests, couldn’t use the kitchen, and even had the stove covers removed. The sugar in the cupboard was expired.

We had a fantastic stay; the location was ideal and everything nearby was convenient. The apartment was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our host Andrea was very friendly, the check‑in went smoothly, and we’d recommend this place to anyone.

Everything was perfect: a brand‑new, beautiful house with everything you need. It’s a 20‑minute walk to the beach or a 5‑minute bus ride.
