The hotel feels modern and roomy, and walking to the city center takes about 30–40 minutes. A shopping mall and a wide variety of restaurants are nearby, though the street can be noisy; the windows are closed, so it stays quiet inside. My room was spacious, with good air conditioning and Wi‑Fi, and the bed was comfortable with two pillow options. Everything matched the photos on the site. Parking is underground and convenient, though you can’t book a spot ahead of time. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were no issues when paying. Check‑out was at 12.00, and snacks could be bought near the reception. The only downside was the room’s cleanliness: the towel wall in the bathroom was very dirty, the sink drain was clogged, and the wardrobe was oddly small and poorly located. I wonder how they missed these before we arrived.

The room was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was a bit tricky to reach because of a construction site.

There was no response. The information from Premierinn was incorrect, and it was unclear what was true. It was about a change, not a cancellation. The hotel didn’t reply, but instead sent an invoice. That was it.
