The location was good, there was free parking at the hotel, and the breakfast was very good and plentiful. The problem was that there were no towel hooks for bath towels.

The beds were comfortable, the location was good, and the breakfasts were decent; the menu wasn’t huge but it was just right and the product quality was good. The rooms were a bit small.

The breakfast was varied and tasty, and the restaurant dishes were good too; the staff were friendly. The location is great—close to the Old Town yet tucked away from city noise, and the parking is quite spacious. However, despite ordering a delivery during booking and calling twice to confirm it, the room wasn’t set up as requested when we arrived. We had to wait until 21:00 for an extra bed to be delivered and arranged, which was a big inconvenience after a full day’s travel. The staff didn’t check the room’s furnishings before guests arrived, and the décor feels unchanged for about 15 years, clearly needing a refresh.
