The beach is amazing, definitely one of the best in Brazil. The resort overall has great facilities, is quite large, and well organized. All the pools are excellent. However, the service left something to be desired; the staff seemed unhappy and unwilling to ensure a good experience for guests, and it felt like the owner or competent management was missing to guide them. I stayed in the bungalow, and the biggest drawback was that the bathroom had no window, which is terrible at a beach location because there’s no place to dry wet clothes and towels. Children asking us to bring food from the resort while we were on the lounge chairs was annoying.
