Nice location, but the décor is outdated and some front‑desk staff lack competence.

Moorea is a beautiful place. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is pleasant but ageing, and it does not feel so premium for the cost. Other options for exploring Polynesian culture exist like fancy boutique hotels. When comparing similar settings, the Maldives offered a superior experience at half the price with genuine premium service and top notch amenities

Everything was exceptional! The over‑water experience was incredible and magical, far above the Intercontinental in Bora. We received a bottle of champagne, free water bottles, loved the breakfast variety, and enjoyed the idyllic setting to eat. Everything was perfect! We’ll return with great pleasure!

Everything! An idyllic stay with high‑end services, better quality than the Intercontinental in Bora… Everything was perfect!

Excellent location, but the rooms are outdated. Several rooms had broken features (blinds, lights, etc.). The air conditioner dripped onto our floor the whole time. Cleaning was barely adequate. The floors felt gritty even after housekeeping. The food was mediocre and overpriced.
