The rooms were very clean, but the sink was clogged and the water flow was not smooth; the air‑conditioner took a long time to cool the room, especially in room 1016.

The service team was professional and pleasant; laundry was returned the same day and pressed neatly, and the gym and pool were good amenities; the room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything I needed, yet the bar/café was understaffed, there was no notice of an early closure one day for pest control, the bathroom was generally good but could have been cleaned a bit better, and the air‑con vent was quite loud, especially at night.
