It was close to the event location I attended… but it didn’t inspire confidence (I was scared there). The front door was always unlocked (the hallway had a small fridge, a microwave, a kettle, and a tiny kitchen with many missing items). The room door had a key! There was no wardrobe in either of the two rooms I could choose from (I picked the one with a rack for hangers). Thankfully I brought my own hangers! That room’s rack had a very small bed! The bathroom towels made me nervous about using them, so I brought towels from home. I’ve been to Cluj many times but still haven’t found a place like this. In short, I don’t recommend this location.

The location is excellent for trips linked to events at BT Arena or the stadium in Cluj. Our trip was tied to an event there, which is why we chose this property. It’s a bit farther from the Old Town, but that’s not a big deal. The place is very quiet, ideal for a countryside‑style recharge at night. A few grocery stores and eateries nearby add to the convenience.
