The location was fine, next to all night‑market bus stops, restaurants, shops, cafés… but the staff were not welcoming at all and lacked information. The pool cost extra, and the rooms only had mugs, no coffee or tea supplies—just a kettle. Breakfast was also extra, from 7 am to 9 am, and the closing time was a bit early. The worst was the air conditioning that was blocked, so it was very hot during the heatwave.

The reception was friendly, and a lady helped us with our luggage early in the morning. The rooms are typical for a four‑star hotel, but the towels were tiny – only two per person. I also wanted a bath mat, so there were only three small hand towels left. When I asked the front desk for a larger one, it was difficult to get. My husband’s daughter and another guest received one larger and one smaller, but we didn’t. That felt unhelpful and not customer‑friendly. The breakfast was modest. I can eat almost anything and adapt, but the Korean breakfast was warm, while my husband and kids could only take a white toast with egg. We kept it to one bite and then ate outside. You have to pay separately for that and for the pool, which also requires a swim cap. It doesn’t feel like a warm welcome or a heart‑felt business, but more like a revenue stream. That’s disappointing. The location is perfect, with a supermarket right below, and there were many sports students around. I didn’t mind, but it stood out. It was fine, but I probably won’t return soon. They could make more out of it, which is a shame.

A great hotel in a prime spot, but it really needs a facelift. If you can get past the roughness, you’ll snag a good deal for a low price. I’d always book a sea‑view room. It’s a pity you have to pay extra for the pool, though the water is refreshing. The place feels very dated, with dirty stains on the carpet. We tried the breakfast once but found nothing to eat. If you enjoy Korean food, the breakfast is decent enough.

The price‑to‑value was decent, but I don’t think the room I stayed in was good. The smell, floor, walls, and everything looked bad. I’ll probably book elsewhere next time.
