“Una estancia agradable”

I liked the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff who also spoke English, the varied and tasty breakfast with beautiful views, and the nearby tram and metro a 5‑minute walk away; Santa Sofía was about a 15‑minute walk. I would recommend it, though the room and bathroom were a bit small.

The location is fine, but the cleanliness is unacceptable; we found both rooms unfinished and the bathrooms were not cleaned during our stay. We even had to request towels because none were provided. The rooms are tiny, have serious maintenance issues, a shower with a broken door that floods the bathroom, and repeated water cuts. The sheets don’t even cover the whole bed. We reported all these problems to reception and have photos and videos to prove them, yet the hotel rejected the complaints when we filed a claim with Booking.
