Good location, friendly staff. The kitchenette is well equipped.
We were not used to sharing the toilet in the apartment, but the place was very good.

The stay was spotless, quiet, and the bed was super comfy; I loved sipping tea on the balcony, and the location was great with a smooth check‑in process.

We liked the city. It is a scandal and injustice that, after paying in advance, they demanded a full bilateral scan of the ID with sensitive data (Pesel, parents’ names, other protected data) via email, without informing us beforehand that it would be required to receive the room code and keys. Only a 2‑3 hour intervention by booking during a train ride to Bergamo prevented us from staying on a bench in the clouds. You ruined our entire one‑day stay in this beautiful city.
