The staff were super kind and the site’s location relative to the center, restaurants and beach is a plus. The first two days had no hot water at all in the shower. We changed rooms on day three. The air conditioner was in a very poor state and barely cooled.

The staff were kind and breakfast was adequate. The location is also a plus: the beach is about a 5‑minute walk and the hotel is close to the main street, with many restaurants and shops nearby. From the moment we arrived we were disappointed, because the photos shown on the platform seemed to correspond only to two bungalows. The other accommodations were not at all similar. A small house had originally been assigned to us, but it did not match the photos at all. We therefore requested a room change, which the hotel accepted. Regarding the bungalows that match the photos, several problems are worth noting. First, they are very poorly sound‑proofed. We could hear the mosque nearby very loudly. If you are a light sleeper, this can be quite problematic. There was also a lot of light passing under and around the bungalow door, as well as at the bathroom door. The latter was broken, letting light and mosquitoes in. The bathroom window screens, which look like mosquito nets, were also very damaged and torn, making them ineffective. Several bathroom fixtures were defective: the toilet drained poorly, the shower had very little pressure despite hot water, and the shower temperature control tap was broken. It even slipped out of my hand; it could be put back in place but came off very easily. The sink tap was heavily limescaled and leaking. Over four nights our room was never cleaned and we did not receive extra toilet paper. No hygiene products were provided, nor shower gel nor shampoo. The toilet towels were also very worn. Finally, the air conditioning worked only partially and made a lot of noise. We understand that the price of this hotel is lower than many other accommodations on the island. However, we found that the value for money was really not up to par.

The spot was excellent and the staff were lovely, even coming late at night to try fixing the air‑conditioner problem we reported. Unfortunately, the room’s AC performed poorly and wasn’t repaired until late at night after we mentioned it at check‑in, and the hot water never worked despite their attempts. We had to move to another hotel and couldn’t stay the remaining nights we had booked, and our request for a refund went unanswered.

El personal fue muy amable y servicial, y la ubicación estaba bien. Las habitaciones no estaban bien mantenidas: las sábanas no eran muy agradables, había marcas de agua en el techo del baño, la puerta no cerraba ni se bloqueaba correctamente, la iluminación era pobre, el aire acondicionado estaba polvoriento y con moho, y la mosquitera estaba mal. Los duchas eran frías y la electricidad y el agua se apagaban en la isla durante la mayor parte de nuestra estancia.
