“Kranjska Gora Hotel - A place to stay!”
The reception staff were friendly, courteous, and professional, and the hotel’s ambience was lovely and quiet, situated in an ideal spot for day trips; the room itself was spacious and pleasant, though the bathroom was tiny—after staying 7 nights, a larger bathroom would have made a better overall impression.
The staff were genuinely helpful, the hotel felt cozy with a great vibe, and the food was amazing; however, the beds were uncomfortable and caused back pain on both nights we stayed.
A perfect place with great amenities and breakfast, but hot water was lacking.
The breakfast was excellent, but the bathroom cleaning felt superficial and corners were apparently overlooked.
“Not a good deal for that price”
The location next to the waterfall was nice, yet the room quality was very poor for 1200 euros over 3 days: walls were water‑damaged, the bathroom was dilapidated, and a hazardous electrical outlet made the price feel outrageous.
