The owner is friendly and welcoming, a real nice person. The location is difficult; it’s in the middle, not near a main road, and a small car can’t get there easily, so it’s far from the main road.

The staff were nice, which was a plus, and breakfast was good. The mattress was comfortable. I paid 110 € for a single night, even though I wasn’t there for the festival – I just arrived in the evening and needed a place to stay. I’d paid 50 €/night for a large apartment in Gran Canaria that was peaceful and in a beautiful natural setting. This place, more than twice the price, was lacking in many ways. It was hard to find because there’s no sign on the door and it’s down a rough dirt road. The toilet seat was broken, the shower head holder was broken, and the biggest cockroach I’ve ever seen was in the shower. There were hairs in the bathroom and on the floor of the room. The heat made it almost impossible to sleep, and there was no air conditioning or even a fan. I truly feel ripped off by this place.

The owner and staff are very social and kind. We were welcomed warmly as soon as we entered. Aziza was super friendly and made delicious food. The place has clean rooms and bathrooms.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, answering every request and question. We were allowed to check in early, which was a huge advantage. The room with a pool view was very nice and cozy. Unfortunately, the pool was not inviting – it wasn’t clean and felt dirty, and we had chosen the place mainly for the pool, so we were disappointed. There was only one lounge chair and no other seating by the pool; the folding chair and a seat were worn and dirty. The breakfast was also disappointing in taste and variety; on our 14‑day trip through Morocco we had much better options and expected more.
