The accommodation was comfortable, tidy, and had good temperature control, plenty of lighting options, a peaceful neighborhood with little noise, and a bathroom with a shower enclosure and strong water pressure. Breakfast was tasty and thoughtfully prepared.

The staff were genuinely nice and patiently explained transport options, and the room was a bit dated but clean. I stayed on the ground floor next to the kitchen, and around 5 am it got pretty loud; next time I’d choose a higher floor. It’s a good 10‑minute walk to the tram.

The location was central for our activities, the parking was well‑guarded and reasonably priced, and the rooms were great (we’d been there before). Breakfast was tasty and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing to complain about.

The hotel is definitely worth the money. The staff are very friendly, the room is large enough and clean, and breakfast tastes good. The location isn’t ideal; it takes about 15 minutes on foot to the nearest public transport stop. In our room it was very hot in the morning and there’s no air conditioning. The street parking in that part of Cologne could be cheaper. These are all minor issues, and overall I’m very satisfied.
