The chalet we stayed in was very spacious, comfortable, and cozy. The environment was clean, organized, and featured a jacuzzi, bathrobes, and amenities such as Avatim bath salts, shampoo, and conditioner, all of which we really liked. The colonial‑style breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty dishes, and the live music on Sunday added to the enjoyment. The outdoor area was well maintained and very beautiful. The staff were very helpful and attentive, and we felt at home.

The outdoor area was nicely wooded. However, the suite’s maintenance was lacking: 1 – The bathroom had two heated showers, but the sink was extremely small, wedged against the wall, tilted, and lacked a soap dish. It only had a single glass shelf above the toilet that didn’t provide space for basic oral hygiene items, and there were only two small hooks for face towels. 2 – The jacuzzi had no towel‑hanging accessories. 3 – The sauna also had no structure for hanging towels or user clothing; I used it only once, and it had just one bench with two baskets of towels that nearly filled the entire bench.
