Everything was great: the location is perfect, the staff are super friendly, the breakfast is spectacular, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the bed is large and very cozy, and the price is excellent.

The breakfast spread was wide and tasty, and the staff at the breakfast area were quick and friendly. However, the hotel’s air‑conditioning system was disorganized; the rooms had no information about it, and the receptionist handled all adjustments. At the same time, the receptionist would call the room and knock to prevent the door from slamming. In the bathroom, soap and toilet paper were missing, and the previously used liquid soap dispenser was clogged with a dust cake. The mirror lighting didn’t work, and the shower pressure was so low that it was hard to rinse off.

The location is next to Freedom Square, just a few steps away. The staff are very friendly and the services go far beyond what was originally described on the website. When we entered the room there was a cigarette smell, but everything else was fine.
We booked the hotel straight from the airport and arrived in the middle of the night; the hotel is in the center on a wide street, apparently near Freedom Square. The room is standard, the beds are very low but comfortable; after the drive we needed a shower and sleep. The water is hot and the pressure is good. In the morning the breakfast of tasty, high‑quality products surprised us, and it was nice to see that guests were offered even chacha and cognac. The café opposite the hotel made it very noisy at night.
