The room lacked soap, shampoo, and only had half a roll of toilet paper. Crumbs were on the chair and floor, and the sheets, though clean, were stained. I could hear through the walls. Breakfast had no coffee, both the coffee machine and juice machine were out of order, and there were only four pieces of bread for toast, plus some crackers and granola bars.

The location was quiet, but the manager was extremely unfriendly. The room smelled strongly of mildew and had stains everywhere—on the carpet, sofa, and bed linens. The bed itself was very uncomfortable, and the toilet flush was broken. Breakfast was sparse, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work at all.

I only stayed on the ground floor, which was the cheapest option, but it faced the highway and the traffic noise was constant. The kitchen floor was covered in a sticky syrup‑like substance that kept leaking into the elevator, and this happened on several days. The walls are thin and poorly insulated, so I could hear a woman in the next room moaning and having sex with three different partners between about 1 am and 4 am, which made it impossible to sleep. I ended up checking out at 4:30 am early and slept in my truck. When I asked the desk around 4:15 am if I could make coffee, the staff member, who was slouched in his chair and scrolling on his phone, replied (picture attached) that the kitchen didn’t open until 6 am. I would not recommend staying here.

They advertised a full continental breakfast, yet we only received a “light snack and coffee.” The rooms were filthy. Despite being non‑smoking, there were burn holes and stains on the seat along the window ledge. An artificial nail from a previous guest was left on the carpet, and the “clean” towels were covered in makeup stains. The whole place smelled like body odor.
