Never had a bad experience at Comfort inn Suites
“For the price, and the way the hotel appeared from the outside, I was very disappointed.”
The breakfast offered decent choices compared to the last hotels we stayed in, and the room was spacious with clean blankets. However, the room was really unclean; the floors were crummy and the bathroom floor and tub contained other people’s hair.
The beds were comfy, but the room itself was far from clean—crusty spots on the carpet and a stained couch, plus a makeup brush left by the previous guest on the floor. The breakfast chairs were filthy and disgusting, and the check‑in staff wore a super wrinkled, unlucky shirt while the morning crew appeared extremely unprofessional and dressed like slobs.
