How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
We had an outstanding stay at this Riad; the room was very spacious and the Riad itself is stunningly beautiful. Its location is unbeatable—just a short, very easy walk to Place R'cif. A special thanks to Moufid, the housekeeper; his professionalism, helpfulness, and warm hospitality made all the difference. He truly treated us as honored guests rather than just customers. Excellent service all around, highly recommended.

The establishment is superb, with a very good breakfast. Everything you need for a pleasant stay in Fès is there, especially thanks to Moufid who is really top.

Moufif is exceptional at providing the most authentic and safe experience for visiting Fes. There was nothing he wouldn’t do for us. He is the reason we chose Palais Chahd Luxury. We had a little incident with one of the stores and Moufif assisted with getting our refund. This would not happen anywhere else. We are very happy!! Nothing.

The manager was especially friendly and took great care of us, even going out of his way to arrange a transfer for us.
