“A dated, uncomfortable hotel that falls well below Hilton standards”

It was close to the airport. The stay was very disappointing and fell far below the Hilton standard I expect; the hotel looked dated, the beds were uncomfortable, the bathrooms were tired, and I could hear aircraft noise. On the second night I was woken at 2:30 am by people making noise around the pool and had to call reception to intervene. Overall, a poor experience at a hotel that clearly needs refurbishment.

Paying for parking at the hotel is ridiculous; there should be a dedicated area for guests instead of treating it like an extended parking lot. The food was fine—nothing special—but Jasmine at the bar who took my order was awesome: polite, personable, and 10/10 for her.

“The worst bed I've ever slept in”

The location was convenient. The bed was extremely uncomfortable; the mattress felt old, the springs were uneven, and in some spots they poked through the cover.

I spent a fantastic time at this Hilton; from the moment I checked in until I checked out, everyone was warm and welcoming. The gentleman who assisted me at both check‑in and check‑out was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful, though I can’t recall his name, yet his kindness left a lasting impression. The front‑desk ladies were also lovely, always smiling and ready to help with anything I needed. When I discovered the refrigerator in my room wasn’t working, the staff promptly replaced it, which I truly appreciated. The whole experience made me feel very comfortable and well taken care of, and I’ll definitely return whenever I’m back in Arizona. Thanks to the entire team for making my stay so special!
