The room was huge and spotless, and the facilities are brand new.
The views are lovely, and it's close to the beach and town centre.
The employees here are amazing, and the rooms are always clean.
Great location in Ksamil, but our room was right by the reception, which was pretty chaotic.

“Un soggiorno da favola”
I stayed here for a week with my friend and from day one the staff welcomed us with a lot of kindness and availability; the young lady was very friendly when giving us local tips. The hotel is right in front of the sea, very clean and with all the conveniences nearby.
“Bon séjour dans l’ensemble, hôtel propre et bien situé, avec un personnel accueillant.”
It was a good stay at this hotel, with an ideal location, a clean room, a parking spot available and staff who were very welcoming and helpful. The only thing I liked less was the breakfast, which I found to be of average quality.
“Eni is so good”
Everyone is so nice. Everything I like
The hotel was very noisy and quite loud; its location is a bit off‑road, so you have to walk about 15 to 20 minutes to get to restaurants and the like. According to the booking it should be 33 m², but it wasn’t. You could see the sea, but “sea view” is something else for me. I would not book it again.
“Mukava pikkuhotelli”
The balcony was great, but there were no drinks or food offered outside breakfast hours. You can buy water or bottled beer from the locked cooler if you can find staff. The location is a short 10‑minute walk to the beach and town, but the hotel sits on a ridge, so it’s not worth doing big shopping on foot. Breakfast and the pool were good. Toilet paper didn’t arrive in the room unless you asked for it. The door had to be locked with the key from the inside, otherwise it would open by itself. There were small nails on the sun loungers in the pool and two of us got cuts with bleeding wounds. The hotel has no elevator.
